Tina Meschino

Tina Meschino is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for EMEA and APAC at BVNK since September 2022, where also holds the title of Head of Legal. Prior to this role, Tina was Deputy General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel at ClearBank® from November 2017 to September 2022, and previously worked as Legal Counsel at Cobham Aviation Services, specializing in commercial and contracts. Tina's legal expertise further includes a secondment at Thomson Geer as Corporate Legal Counsel and significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory at the same firm. Early in the career, Tina gained experience as a Law Clerk at Wallmans Lawyers and as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal at Thomson Geer. Tina holds a Bachelor of Laws with honours from the University of Adelaide.
