Janak Rajyaguru has extensive work experience in the power and utilities industry. janak began their career in 1988 as a Boiler Attendant Operator at M/S. Saurastra Chemicals Ltd. From 1990 to 1993, they worked as an Operator cum Technician in the power plant at THE DHARAMSI MORARJI CHEMICAL & FERTILISERS CO. LTD. Janak then moved on to Shree Jagdish Oil, where they served as a Power Plant Supervisor from 1993 to 1996, overseeing the operation of the boiler, turbine, and other utilities. janak further advanced their career at Reliance Industries Limited, where they worked as an Executive in the Field and Desk Operations of Gas Turbine, Boiler, and Balance of Plant (BOP) from 1996 to 2013. Following that, they joined Saudi Electricity Company as a Desk/Panel Operator for Gas Turbine, Boiler, and Utilities-BOP from 2013 to 2018. Most recently, Janak has been employed at SPIE Oil & Gas Services since 2018, fulfilling the role of a DCS Commissioning Specialist in Utility. janak is currently working at B&W Energy Services as a Power and Utilities Operations specialist since October 2022.

- From 2007 to 2009, Janak attended Sarvajanik College of Engineering & Technology, where they obtained a diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- In 1993, Janak attended Government of India and obtained a 1st class Boiler Competency Certificate in Boiler Operation.

- Janak also attended Government Polytechnic Porbandar from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- In 1984, Janak completed a certificate course in Boiler Operation at NCTVT.

- Janak completed their higher secondary education in science and maths at Bhavshinhji High School Porbandar from 1980 to 1982.

Janak also holds additional certifications, including a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Boiler Competency IBR obtained from Government of India in October 1985.
