Jolene Koh

Jolene Koh has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Assistant Manager in HR at BW Group since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jolene worked as a Senior People Executive at Chope, where responsibilities included managing HR processes for approximately 150 employees, enhancing onboarding and offboarding programs, implementing a cost-effective HRIS, and fostering employee engagement through data analysis and survey initiatives. Additionally, Jolene has experience as a People Executive at Fave and started in the HR field as an intern. Jolene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Buffalo, complemented by a brief educational stint at Hanyang University.
