Randy Shanks

Randy Shanks, MBA has over 30 years of work experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles. Randy is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at BW Manufacturing. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Marketing & Sales Ter. at Burrow's Post-Frame Supply, where they focused on customer loyalty and value-added strategies. Randy also worked as the President of Employee Loyalty Experts, where they specialized in reducing employee turnover and increasing morale.

Before that, they held the position of Vice President Sales Marketing at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where they led the sales, marketing, pricing, and customer service functions for Nutra Blend. Randy managed sales revenue in excess of $1 billion and a $9 million marketing budget. Randy also worked as the National Sales Director at Nutra Blend LLC, where they achieved a 94% increase in sales through strategic initiatives.

Early in their career, Randy served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at Hook Up Inc, and as the Sales Marketing Manager at Sitton Motor Lines. Overall, Randy Shanks has a strong track record of driving revenue growth, managing teams, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
