Kirsten van Hofwegen

Kirsten van Hofwegen has extensive experience in human resources and systems analysis, currently serving as HC Lead, Systems at BW Offshore since May 2019. Prior to this role, Kirsten held various positions at PGS from April 2012 to May 2019, including Crew Planning Supervisor, Project Manager, Global HR Staffing Manager, HR Advisor, and Project Coordinator for recruitment. Kirsten was instrumental in the maintenance and development of the Adonis Crew Planning system, collaborating with diverse teams to implement effective solutions. Earlier experience includes managing traffic management consulting projects at Grontmij and an internship focusing on traffic management and air quality at Siemens. Kirsten holds an Engineer’s Degree in Systems Engineering and Policy Analysis from Delft University of Technology and a secondary education degree from St. Ignatius Gymnasium Amsterdam.
