Kjersti Arntsen

Kjersti Arntsen currently serves as the Head of Human Capital at BW Offshore since May 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Manager Human Capital at Grant Thornton International Ltd from September 2018 to April 2023. Arntsen's extensive experience in Human Resources includes roles such as Director of People & Culture at Grant Thornton International Ltd, HR Manager at Grant Thornton Norway, and Leder HR og organisasjonsutvikling at helthjem. Prior to focusing on HR, Arntsen had a distinguished career as a national and international handball referee, officiating at major tournaments including the Olympics and World Championships from 2005 to 2018. Arntsen holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo and has studied at institutions including Freie Universität Berlin and Universidad de Valladolid.
