Mark Ferrie

Mark Ferrie serves as the Global Head of Human Capital Operations and Technology at KKR since July 2025, where responsibilities include leading the global HC Operations function and enhancing operational efficiency through the integration of legacy processes. Prior to KKR, Mark held various positions at Meta from January 2019 to April 2025, including Director of Analytics Insights and Partnerships, where oversight of a 30+ member team focused on delivering data-driven insights for People functions, and Director of People Analytics, responsible for a team addressing complex workforce challenges. Earlier experience at Bank of Ireland from October 2009 to July 2017 involved leadership roles in HR analytics and efficiency, emphasizing process improvement and financial oversight. Mark Ferrie has advanced academic credentials, including a Professional Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business from UCD Professional Academy and an MSc in Data Business from University College Cork.
