MacIej Czuba

Maciej Czuba is a Marine Control Room Operator with extensive experience in the offshore industry, currently employed at Bluewater Energy Services since July 2021, focusing on the stability and control of cargo and ballast on the FPSO Aoka Mizu. Prior to this role, Maciej worked at Faststream Recruitment Group from October 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included monitoring vessel operations and stability on the FPSO Haewene Brim. Maciej also held a position as a Cargo Operator with Saipem for a short period in 2019, managing cargo operations on the FPSO Cidade de Vitoria, and served as a 2nd Officer and Cargo Supervisor in the Merchant Navy from April 2014 to July 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Space and Satellite Technology from Gdansk University of Technology and two Master's degrees in Navigation in Offshore Industry and Navigation/Hydrographic from the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia.
