Allison Juedes

Allison Juedes is an experienced electrical designer currently employed at BW Papersystems since April 2022. Prior to this role, Allison worked at Rockwell Automation as a manufacturing quality engineer, where responsibilities included planning audits and utilizing lean principles for waste reduction. As a manufacturing process engineer at TTM Technologies, Allison oversaw key manufacturing processes and collaborated with teams to enhance quality. Earlier roles included desk services manager at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where management and training were key functions, as well as a process engineer intern at TTM Technologies, focusing on process assessments. An academic resource coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Allison developed educational programs, and as a quality engineer intern at Phillips-Medisize, data collection for Lean Six Sigma projects was a primary task. Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, earned in 2017.
