Bob Downs, PMP, CPIM, has extensive experience in project and manufacturing management, currently serving as a Project Leader at BW Papersystems since June 2016. Prior roles include Project Manager at Filamatic LLC, where responsibilities encompassed managing multi-project programs for electro-mechanical filling systems, and Manufacturing Manager, focusing on organizational rebuilding post-reduction-in-force. Earlier positions include Material Control Manager at McCormick & Company, overseeing a team of eleven to support high-volume food manufacturing, and various manufacturing and materials management roles at Filamatic LLC, where significant operational improvements were achieved.
