Jeff Upton

Jeffrey Upton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business and trust law. Currently serving as a Partner at The Upton Law Group since 2015, Jeffrey specializes in contract negotiation and drafting, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, fiduciary duty, and corporate governance. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was a Partner at Jones Day from 2010 to 2015 and held various leadership positions, including Trustee at the Brown Club of Boston from 2006 to 2012 and Shareholder at Hanify & King, P.C. from 1994 to 2009. Jeffrey began their legal career as an Attorney at Brown Rudnick Freed & Gesmer from 1990 to 1994.
