Lester Bryan

Lester Bryan, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager at BW Water, starting in March 2024. Prior to this role, Lester held various positions at Seven Seas Water from December 2010 to March 2024, including Lead Project Engineer, Project Engineer, and Assistant Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing reverse osmosis plants and overseeing operator performance. Lester began a career in engineering as an Operations Engineer at St. Maarten Biodiesel in 2010, successfully increasing the production capacity of the biodiesel plant and securing new contracts through client relationship management. Lester holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Florida State University, earned in 2009.
