Vinay Kerai Mrics

Vinay Kerai MRICS is an experienced commercial professional with a strong background in quantity surveying and project management. With a career spanning from July 2012 to present, Vinay has held various positions at BW: Workplace Experts, advancing from Assistant Commercial Manager to Commercial Director since July 2017. Prior experience includes roles at Realys as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and at H&M as a Warehouse Assistant, where Vinay developed foundational skills in teamwork and quality assurance. Additionally, a brief tenure as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at M P Brothers LTD involved tasks such as tendering, site inspections, and managing subcontractors. Vinay holds an RICS Accredited BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Commercial from the University of Westminster.
