Sarah Westwood has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Sarah is currently the Head of HR at BWB Consulting Ltd, where they are responsible for managing the HR department and leading recruitment initiatives. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at BWB Consulting Ltd, where they developed and delivered talent and resourcing processes. Before joining BWB Consulting Ltd, Sarah worked as a Partner in Interim and Executive Search at re:find - Interim and Executive Search, specializing in HR, processes, and systems.

Sarah also has experience in the healthcare sector, serving as an NHS Volunteer Responder for a period of time. Sarah has a strong background in HR recruitment, having held senior positions at Oakleaf Partnership Limited, Mackenzie Jones, Macmillan Davies, and Michael Page. Additionally, they have experience as a Buyer at Asda and worked as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse earlier in their career.

Sarah Westwood attended Lady Manners from 1980 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a degree in Social Policy BA Hons at the University of Leeds from 1987 to 1990.
