Steve Schmidgall

Steve Schmidgall is currently the Construction Administrator at BWBR. Prior to this, they were a Senior Project Manager at Vali Cooper International from May 2021 to November 2021. There, they successfully managed the design process for a $43 million electronic health records modernization infrastructure project at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. Steve has also been a Project Manager for Allina Health from January 2016 to November 2020. There, they provided system-wide project consulting, planning, scoping, estimating and management services. Additionally, Steve has experience as a Building Science Specialist from May 2010 to April 2011 with Braun Intertec and as a Financial Advisory Council from January 2010 to June 2019 with Robbinsdale Area Schools. Most recently, Steve was a Project Executive with KUD International from February 2013 to June 2014.

Steve Schmidgall's educational career includes an MBA in Business Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, a Health Care Design and Innovation degree from the University of Minnesota School of Nursing, and a BED in Architecture from the University of Minnesota. Steve also has a certification from the CITI Program in VA ORD Biosecurity Training, as well as certifications from Procore Technologies in Procore Certified: Associate and LEED Accredited Professional.
