Javon Martel is a highly experienced project management professional with expertise in capital projects, construction management, and cost analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Capital Projects and Manager of Construction at BWC Terminals since May 2019, Javon has previously held key roles at TransCanada, Global Information Systems LLC, P2S, Air Liquide, Shell Oil Company, and Weatherford.
