Ben Kruse

Ben Kruse is a Managing Director at BWD Strategic, leading BWD North America's operations since October 2024, specializing in sustainability consultancy. Prior to this role, Ben served as Strategy Director and Global Head of ESG & Sustainability at Elanco, where Ben established the company's first enterprise-wide ESG and sustainability department and oversaw significant goals including the first greenhouse gas reduction target. Ben's extensive experience at AT&T spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of Director for Global ESG Reporting & Insights, where Ben directed corporate responsibility and sustainability reporting. Ben's earlier positions at AT&T included Associate Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and various marketing and sales management roles. Ben holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & International Business from Kansas State University.
