Prior to joining BWG Foods, Karen held a number of senior managerial roles with Strong Roots, Aryzta Food Solutions, DHL and Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Karen qualified as a Chartered Accountant and member of Irish Institute of Tax while with KPMG and studied Strategy & Innovation, Business Administration and Management at the University of Warwick.
