Eric Sanders

Eric Sanders is an experienced Senior Software Tools Engineer at BWI Group, where responsibilities include developing Windows-based software tools for anti-lock brake systems, validation, and production control since January 1999. Prior to this role, Eric was the Senior Programmer and Owner at SoarSoft Software from 1992 to 2015. Eric also held positions at Delphi as a Friction Materials Development Engineer, focusing on automatic transmission clutch plate materials and testing, and as a Quality Analyst at Delphi Fredericksburg, where duties included troubleshooting production quality issues. Eric received a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) between 1980 and 1985.
