Marcin Dusza

Marcin Dusza is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in business and product development, project management, and operations within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at BWI GROUP since May 2010, Marcin has successfully overseen project delivery, optimized resource efficiency, and led significant initiatives such as establishing a new production site and enhancing production systems using LEAN methodologies. Previous roles include General Plant Manager and Manager of R&D Project Management, where Marcin demonstrated strong leadership in managing relationships with key global OEM customers and guiding multidisciplinary project teams. Marcin holds a Master of Business Administration from Krakow University of Economics and a Master of Engineering in Mechanics from The Silesian University of Technology.
