Janeen Kozak

Janeen joined BWM Financial in 2021. As the Chief of Staff, Janeen is responsible for taking care of the clients and BWM team, including maximizing efficiencies, implementing strategies, retaining and growing the top talent, and managing client scheduling and events.

Prior to working at BWM Financial, Janeen started her career at the Bank of Southern California as a Human Resources Assistant before continuing in the training field at Mitchell International.
