James Freeman has extensive experience in utility inspection, having held multiple positions as Utility Inspector across various companies, including 3B Inspection Services LLC, Kestral Group, and Onshore Quality Control Spec. Recent roles include serving as Chief Utility Inspector at BWS Inspection Services LLC since April 2023 and as Utility Inspector at 3B Inspection from January to April 2023.
