Dialma Young

DiAlma Young began their work experience in 1975 at Dillard Department Stores, where they served as the Divisional Training Coordinator and Operations Manager at Park Plaza until 1990. In 1997, they joined BXS Insurance as the Senior Vice President, where they oversaw Employee Benefits, Operations, and Recruitment.

DiAlma Young started their education in 1975 at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Office Administration. DiAlma completed their studies in 1978. DiAlma later continued their education at the same university, specializing in Office Administration without pursuing a specific degree.
