Nichole Sims is a skilled Speaker, Talent Development specialist, and Career Strategist with extensive experience in career coaching and talent acquisition. As the Business Owner of BOLD Career Consulting, LLC since December 2021, Nichole provides career transition coaching for clients across all professional levels. In addition, Nichole serves as a Course Developer for By Design Brainery, creating online courses focused on Recruiting and Career Development, and as a Consultant for Leadership Excelleration, delivering cultural competency and leadership training.
