Lea Mikkelsen

Lea Mikkelsen currently serves as the Ledende ministersekretær at By-, Land- og Kirkeministeriet, where responsibilities include daily professional leadership of the ministerial secretariat for the Minister for Urban and Rural Affairs, the Minister for Ecclesiastical Affairs, and the Minister for Nordic Cooperation. Previously, Lea Mikkelsen held various positions at Bolig- og Planstyrelsen, including Specialkonsulent and Fuldmægtig, focusing on directorial support and organizational establishment. Prior experience also includes roles at Erhvervsstyrelsen, where duties involved ministerial support and strategic planning, and earlier positions at the Ministry of Housing, Urban and Rural Affairs, and Lolland Municipality. Lea Mikkelsen holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Geography from Roskilde University and has completed relevant studies at the University of Copenhagen.
