Ben Badami

Ben Badami has a vast and varied work experience. Ben started their career as the Chief of the Joint-STARS Program Office at Electronic Systems Center. Ben then worked as a Joint Program Analyst at Headquarters US Southern Command and later served as the Assistant Executive Officer to the Combatant Commander. Ben also worked at Headquarters US Southern Command in various roles, including Chief of Andean Region Requirements and Chief of the Strategy, Policy, and Plans Directorate. Ben then worked as the Chief of the Engineering and Technical Management Team at the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force. Prior to their current role as the Vice President of Operations at By Light Professional IT Services, Ben also held positions as Commanding Officer at Defense Contract Management Agency and Senior Principal and Senior Director roles at SRA International.

Ben Badami has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Administration from Central Michigan University. Ben also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In addition to their degrees, Ben Badami has obtained various certifications, including DAWIA Level III in Program Management and Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering (SPRDE). Ben also holds certifications in ITIL Continual Service Improvement and ITIL v3 Foundation. Finally, they have obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
