Melissa Hixenbaugh currently serves as the Primary Senior Release & Build Management (CI/CD Engineer) at By Light Professional IT Services since February 2013. With extensive experience in build management and CI/CD engineering, Melissa leads initiatives to enhance CI/CD pipelines and manage code across multiple branches for various releases. Additional roles include Senior Primary Technical Operations Release Manager for the VA's Loan Guaranty Program and Lead Senior Technical Configuration & Release Manager for the VA's MyHealtheVet Program. Prior to By Light, Melissa worked at TEKsystems, L-3 STRATIS, Keane, and IMTS, with a focus on configuration management, release management, and system testing, establishing a strong foundation in IT support. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Capella University and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from IADT.
