Ratika Gandhi

Ratika Gandhi has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. In 2012, they began their career as a Software Engineer at Nomura, Nomura Services India Pvt. Ltd, where they stayed until 2014. Ratika then interned as a Technology Summer Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2015. Following this, Ratika joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a PM in 2016 and worked in this role until May 2019. In 2019, Ratika joined MongoDB as a Senior PM and also became a Board Member and SF Chapter Lead at NYC Fintech Women, where they focus on expansion and professional development.

Ratika Gandhi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute Of Technology in 2012. Ratika then pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University between 2014 and 2016.
