Lucy Kuipers

Lucy Kuipers is an experienced psychotherapist and trainer currently serving as a Psychotherapist Trainer at By the Bridge with Cambian since September 2023. As a Senior Practitioner at Barnardo's, Lucy contributes to the National Health Team within Barnardo’s Education Community. Additionally, Lucy maintains a private psychotherapy practice and co-founded Embodied Passage, a community organization for creative arts therapists in the UK. Previous roles include Associate Tutor at Edge Hill University and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Roehampton, alongside positions as Editorial Assistant for the Body, Movement and Dance in Psychotherapy International Academic Journal and Learning and Behaviour Specialist for the National Citizen Service Trust. Lucy has a strong background in mental health, trauma services, and creative therapeutic approaches.
