Erica Carr

Erica Carr has a diverse work experience that spans various organizations. Erica is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Engagement at By The Hand Club For Kids since November 2021. Prior to this, Erica worked at Athletes in Action, where they started as an Intern from August 2016 to August 2017 and then progressed to become a Local Team Leader from August 2017 to August 2021. Before that, Erica interned at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from June 2014 to December 2015. In 2015, they also worked as a Summer Intern at the United States Senate in Rand Paul's HSGAC Office from June to August.

Erica Carr attended Northwestern University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies.
