Osen Imoukhuede

Osen Imoukhuede, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Beginning in 2007, Imoukhuede worked at Bank of America as an Associate until 2012. Following this, in 2012, Imoukhuede served as the Owner of Abbas Pearl. In 2015, Imoukhuede took on the role of Director at O Zone Summer Camp for a few months before transitioning to By The Hand Club For Kids, where they held multiple positions. From 2015 to 2017, Imoukhuede was a Program Director. Then, from 2017 to 2019, they became the Director of Human Resources and Volunteer Development. In 2019, Imoukhuede took on the role of Director of Volunteer Development. Finally, in 2023, Imoukhuede was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at By The Hand Club For Kids.

Osen Imoukhuede, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from DePaul University, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law from the University of Benin in 2002. In 2004, they studied at the Nigerian Law School, where they obtained a BL degree in Law.

In addition to their formal education, Osen Imoukhuede has also obtained various certifications. Osen achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2022. In August 2022, they completed the Gallup Strengths Coach Certification Course from Gallup. Furthermore, Osen Imoukhuede obtained the Certified Strength Coach certification from Gallup in January 2023. In March 2020, they completed the Nonprofit Leadership Center Management Essentials Online Connection program offered by The Allstate Foundation.
