Luca Pannese

Luca Pannese is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the advertising industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director at SMALL since January 2019 and a Founding Partner at by The Network since October 2020, Luca previously held the position of EVP and Executive Creative Director at Publicis from December 2016 to June 2018. Earlier in the career, Luca was Global Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and held various creative roles including Creative Director and Deputy Creative Director. Luca's professional journey began at Young & Rubicam Group and McCann Erickson as an Art Director. Luca possesses a Master's degree in Art Direction from Istituto Europeo di Design and multiple degrees in Graphic & Communication Design and Multimedia Design from Quasar Design University.
