Cherish A. is a dedicated professional with experience in the fields of behavior therapy and educational support. Currently serving as a Registered Behavior Technician at BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services since February 2022, Cherish implements Behavioral Intervention Plans for clients with moderate to severe autism in various environments. Cherish also contributed as a Graduate Professor Aide at Ohio University, providing supplemental content for a course on K-12 students with disabilities. Additionally, during an internship at Elevance Health, Cherish applied knowledge of diversity, inclusivity, and equity within the Talent Acquisition Department. Cherish holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Management from Georgia State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Educational Psychology at the University of Southern Maine.
