Ventura Ho

Ventura Ho, LCSW, has extensive experience in social work and applied behavior analysis specializing in mental health and developmental intervention. Currently serving as a Primary Care Family Social Worker at NYU Langone Health since August 2019, Ventura conducts biopsychosocial assessments and provides psychotherapy for children and adults facing various mental health challenges. In addition, Ventura works as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Provider at By Your Side Care Management, offering home-based therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Previous roles include providing special instruction for developmentally delayed infants and toddlers at multiple organizations, and serving as a Behavioral Health Clinician at OHEL Kadimah PROS, where counseling and group facilitation were key responsibilities. Ventura holds a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Adult and Continuing Education from National Taiwan Normal University.
