Malika Suiinbekova

Malika Suiinbekova is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Marketing Operations Specialist at Bybit since September 2024, Malika previously held the position of Marketing Manager at Aspire Recruitment Group, Aspire Life Sciences Search, and Aspire Technology from August 2022 to October 2024. Prior to that, Malika worked at Excellence Group as a Relationship Marketing Manager from January 2021 to May 2022 and coordinated events for the Oxford Business Group in the Middle East from January 2017 to January 2021. Malika’s career also includes positions at Amanat Insurance Company and London – Almaty Insurance Company JSC, focusing on statistical analysis and administrative tasks. Malika holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from Narxoz University.
