Jihane El Hachem

Jihane El Hachem has extensive experience in corporate governance and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Governance, Head of the Training Academy, and Head of the Planning & Recruitment Unit at Byblos Bank S.A.L since November 2008. In addition, Jihane holds the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Institute for Finance and Governance since May 2024. Previous roles include University Lecturer at Saint Joseph University of Beirut from September 2008 to March 2020 and Head of Human Resources Services at Hôpital Français du Levant from February 2005 to August 2008. Jihane began a career in human resources at FADI SAWAYA SAL as a Human Resources Specialist from November 2003 to January 2005. Jihane's academic background includes a DESS in HR Management, a Maitrise in Political Science, and a Licence in Political and Administrative Science, all from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
