Lauren Douglas

Lauren Douglas is currently working as a Product Owner at ByBox since May 2022. Prior to that, Lauren held similar roles at Parkdean Resorts, Morrisons, and Boots UK. At Boots UK, Lauren managed the transition and implementation of a new pharmacy system, improving stock management and supply chain efficiency. Before their transition to product ownership roles, Lauren worked as a Team Leader and Assistant Manager at Ann Summers, where Lauren focused on performance analytics and team management. Lauren also has experience as a Sales Advisor and Sales Assistant, where Lauren consistently exceeded sales targets and assisted with supply chain operations. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology and a degree in Management and Leadership.
