Addison Shi

Addison (Liang) Shi is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at BYD since November 2021, specializing in foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Jingtian & Gongcheng Attorney at Law, focusing on cross-border financing and investment, and as a Legal Specialist at both The Bar Association of San Francisco and the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center, with an emphasis on dispute resolution.
