Sahar Haidari

Sahar Haidari is an experienced professional currently serving as a Miljøterapeut at Bydel Gamle Oslo since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Pedagogisk leder for Vestskrenten Idrettsbarehage at Læringsverkstedet from June 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included acting as a safety representative, assisting the management with administrative tasks, motivating staff, assessing performance, and developing didactic plans focused on sports pedagogy. Sahar also organized parent meetings and documented children's progress to implement effective measures. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in International Conflict and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Politics, both obtained from Kingston University.
