Carlos Lloret Martínez

Carlos Lloret Martínez has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Carlos started their career at KPMG, one of the world's largest professional services firms, where they worked as a Jefe de Equipo de Auditoría (Supervisor) for approximately five years. After leaving KPMG, Carlos joined Eurofragance,s.l., a multinational fragrance manufacturer, where they held the position of Controller Manager. During their time at Eurofragance,s.l., Carlos was responsible for designing and preparing monthly management information and presentations for the Management Committee and the Board of Directors, as well as budgeting and monitoring financial performance. In 2018, Carlos joined By Demes Group as the CFO, overseeing the Controlling and Finance departments and leading a team of 14 employees. By Demes Group is a leading Catalan multinational company that distributes electronic security equipment throughout Europe.

Carlos Lloret Martínez has a diverse education history. In 1999, they completed their Bachillerato from IES Maremar. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued their Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. In 2006-2007, Carlos completed a Postgrado en Auditoría de Cuentas para el Acceso al Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas (ROAC) from Universitat de Barcelona. In 2016-2017, they attended Esade and earned an Executive Master en Dirección Financiera. Additionally, they also participated in the ESADE Executive Master International Week Program at New York University in 2017, focusing on Fusiones y Adquisiciones (M&A). Apart from these degrees, Carlos has obtained a certification in English, the First Certificate in English, in 2005 from the University of Cambridge.
