Carlos Piedrahita has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in technical support and logistics. Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador at ByDzyne Inc since June 2022, Carlos focuses on revitalizing dreams through a unique rewards program. In a dual role at IT SAS since October 2018, Carlos acts as a Computer Technician, configuring bank user equipment and ensuring smooth transitions for outgoing and incoming profiles. Previous experience includes positions as a Systems Support Analyst at GTgroup Colombia, where Carlos demonstrated expertise in computer assembly, repair, and data recovery, as well as roles in data entry and logistics at the Chamber of Commerce of Medellín and BYCSA S.A.
