Rod Zastrow is the CEO and President of Bye Aerospace, Inc., and serves on the Board of Directors. Zastrow leads efforts to achieve FAA certification for the innovative eFlyer 2 training aircraft, which aims to transform the pilot training industry by significantly reducing operating costs and environmental impact. As Founder and President of Innovizion, LLC, Zastrow specializes in strategic consulting focused on defense policy and leadership. Zastrow's previous roles include CEO & President of Spartan Global Aviation Training, where responsibility encompassed multiple international affiliates, and various leadership positions within Spartan Air Academy Iraq, contributing to the establishment of a pilot training campus for the Iraq Air Force. Zastrow has a robust background in aviation training and policy advisory roles within the Department of Defense, complemented by advanced degrees in Strategic Studies and Business Administration from prestigious institutions.
