Fredrik Lind

Fredrik Lind serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Bygghemma Nordic since October 2019, overseeing all aspects of people and culture within the organization. In addition to this role, Fredrik has been the Head of Recruitment for Landskrona BoIS since March 2018 and a member of the Nomination Committee for TEQNA from August 2018 to January 2021. Fredrik's previous roles include ownership positions at K2 Search and Wise Professionals, as well as senior consultant roles in executive search and recruitment at Wise Professionals AB and Top Selection. Fredrik began the career with a foundation in customer service and sales at SEB. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Organisation from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance from Linnaeus University.
