Charlotte Westerlind

Charlotte "Lotta" Westerlind is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in regional management across various industries. Currently serving as Regionchef at Byggmax AB since May 2018, Charlotte focuses on developing and coaching store managers to optimize profitability and operational efficiency within a region comprising 18 stores and around 160 employees. Prior roles include Regionchef at Addici Security AB, overseeing security operations in Western and Southern Sweden; leading regional operations for Henri Lloyd & SeaLife at Sportmanship AB; and serving as Regional Försäljningschef at ONOFF Sverige AB, where Charlotte's strategies enhanced operational success. Early career experiences included quality and training roles at Rimab Facility Service AB and customer service positions at Avis Budget Group International and Åhléns AB.
