Morten Bak

Morten Bak has extensive experience in the building materials industry, currently serving as Direktør at Bygma Gruppen A/S since November 2020. Prior to this role, Morten was the salgs og marketingschef at Frøslev Træ A/S from July 2018 to November 2020 and held the position of Salgsdirektør at Xella Danmark A/S from March 2016 to July 2018. Morten's earlier positions at Xella Danmark A/S included sales manager from December 2012 to December 2014 and independent work in AAC building materials in mid-2012. Morten began a long tenure at H+H Danmark A/S as Projektchef from October 1996 to June 2012 and garnered sales experience at Superbyg Fredericia from July 1987 to October 1996. Morten's educational background includes a Pre MBA from a business institute in 2015-2016 and an Efg in handel og kontor from Fredericia Middelfart handelskole in 1986-1987.
