Harald Schulstad has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Harald began their career as a Logistics Employee at Apokjeden AS in 2010. In 2015, they had an Intern role at Volvat Medisinske Senter AS, and in 2016 they had an Intern role at Jotun South East Asia and Pacific. Harald is currently in a Customer Success Manager role at Bygr since 2022.

Harald Schulstad graduated from Lørenskog Videregående in 2009 with a High School Gratuate: University admission in Natural Sciences. Harald then attended the University of Agder, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Økonomistyring in 2014. In 2015-2017, they attended the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder, obtaining a Master's degree in International Management. In 2016, they also completed an Exchange Semester in International Management at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).
