Hannah Bryans

Hannah (Beard) Bryans is a Corporate Counsel at ByHeart, where work began in June 2023. Previously, Hannah served as an Associate in M&A and Finance at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from November 2020 to May 2023, including a full-time secondment with Diageo from November 2022 to March 2023. Additionally, a Law Clerk for the Honorable Eric L. Clay at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit was held from September 2019 to September 2020. Prior experience includes summer associate positions at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York and London in 2018 and 2019, a legal internship at the Metropolitan St. Louis Equal Housing Opportunity Council, participation in an appellate clinic and supervised practicum at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and a legal internship with the ACLU of Missouri. Hannah earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.
