Silvia Carroll

Silvia Carroll is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various senior human resources roles across multiple organizations. As of September 2023, Silvia serves as the Senior Vice President of People at ByHeart, an infant nutrition company. Previously, Silvia held the position of Chief People Officer at Tommy John since September 2022 and was the Head of Human Resources at Immunovant from March 2020 to September 2022.
