Jill Banister

Jill Banister has extensive experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as SVP of Rewards, People Technology and Experience, as well as SVP of People Business Partners at Wiley since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jill held the position of Group VP of Human Resources at Fiserv from July 2015 to August 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a strategic HR partner to the Group President of a $2.8 billion business. Jill's prior experience includes serving as VP of Human Resources and Sr. Director of Human Resources at ADP, leading the National Human Resources function for a $2 billion division, and human resources leadership roles at Office Depot. Jill earned an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a BA in Psychology from Emory University.
