Dana Rose

Dana Rose serves as the EVP - Chief Human Resources Officer at Byline Bank since October 2019, where responsibilities include leading the human resources team and implementing strategies related to talent management, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Prior to that, Dana held several key roles at Discover Financial Services from 1994 to July 2019, culminating in a position as Interim CHRO, overseeing global HR functions and onboarding for a new executive role. Additional roles included Vice President positions focused on HR consulting, talent acquisition, rewards programs, and partnership marketing, contributing significantly to company-wide human resources initiatives and customer loyalty programs. Dana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
